Overview
ivsEncoder was IVS capture software that records video into DPS files, with Play and Edit While Rec support, on systems equipped with Harris/Leitch Altitude, Quattrus or Reality boards. Its last release was version 2.9.5.0 (July 2008).
Demo version
The demo version required an activation file based on the hardware ID of the Altitude, Quattrus or Reality board, issued by IVS on request. It had the following limitations:
- only a single DPS file, limited to 1 minute, could be created;
- Play and Edit While Rec could not be disabled;
- recording on P drives was not possible.
Downloads were subject to the IVS software licence and reserved to registered IVS Forum users.
